We strive to be one of the best ESG consulting firms and integral to this is always delivering an exceptionally high-quality service. Whilst this has always been our ethos, we’ve worked hard over the last 12 months to document and formalise our approach and we’re thrilled to now have achieved ISO 9001 certification. What’s more, we had no non-conformances and no improvement requests!

Achieving ISO 9001 has been a natural step for us, allowing us to formalise the way that we work, strengthen governance and ensure that our delivery remains consistent across projects, clients and sectors. 

The certification journey 

The majority of work to develop and implement our Quality Management System has been conducted internally but we also leveraged the support of independent experts for internal audits and ISOQAR for final certification.  

The certification journey has offered us the chance to review our feedback process, refine our methodologies and continually improve the services we offer. In practice, this means clearer project structures, stronger documentation and even greater transparency throughout engagements.
